We offer flat-rate and free shipping options for qualifying orders. The best shipping method will be chosen based on your location and your order’s dimensions and weight. Please note that transit times may vary. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email when your order has shipped.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind. We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, receiving an incorrect or defective item).
Note on Customized & Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized, including products with custom text, monograms, names, or design choices, cannot be returned or exchanged if the error was made during the ordering process (for example, incorrect spelling, color selection, or submitted details).
Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. You will receive a confirmation prompt before completing your purchase to verify that all custom information is correct. Once your order is placed, we are unable to change or refund items due to customer mistakes.
If your item arrives with an error or defect due to our production process, or if you received the wrong product, we will correct the issue or provide a full refund, including any shipping fees.
Common Non-Returnable Situations:
- Personalized or custom items ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer (misspellings, wrong dates, color or size selections, etc.)
- Items damaged due to misuse or not following product care instructions
- Items returned outside of the 30-day window
- Items not in their original, unused condition
To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for returning your item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
