Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind. We will, however, cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Note on Personalized Items: Personalized items, which include any products requiring custom text or designs, cannot be returned due to customer error. Before completing your purchase, you will receive a pop-up notification to confirm that your text and options are entered correctly. Once confirmed and purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for customer errors.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
